Having worked in the restaurant industry for several years, I know how crucial reviews can be. Unfortunately, my experience here was quite disappointing. The chicken I was served was greasy and slimy, which suggests it wasn’t stored at the right temperature and likely wasn't of good quality. The breading came off easily and was also overly greasy. I managed to eat half a piece because I was really hungry, but I'm glad I stopped there. The service was not up to par either, and I’m now just hoping I don’t end up feeling ill later.
I went with my boyfriend a few days ago after looking over the menu online and seeing a lot of things we liked. The girl that took our order was really helpful and told us it would be out in 5 minutes. I got the chicken tenders and fries and he got the Nashville hot chicken sandwich with loaded tots and we both absolutely loved our food. The tenders were crispy, the fries and tots were delicious and his sandwich was fantastic. We will definitely be back when we visit the
Great restaurant. The food here is delicious and the service is just as great. Their menu item isn't too diverse, but there's definitely enough variety to satisfy your needs. They've got a grilled cheese sandwich with chicken, hamburger meat, bacon, and more. They've even got a vegan grilled bacon n cheese sandwich. They've got shakes that are pretty decent as well too. Wanted to try this place since it opened up. Not worth the hype at all. Got the chicken bacon ranch and loaded tots. First tot I put in my mouth I pull out not one but two long hairs, disgusting. I push that aside and try the sandwich, not too good. Very bland and just not well made. Could?ve gotten a better chicken sandwich from a fast food chain. The tots were also flavorless and not cooked enough. I would suggest not wasting any time or money at this place.

Ive been in the restaurant business for multiple years, understanding how important reviews are. My experience was terrible, their chicken was greasy and slimy which usually means the chicken is not being kept at the correct temperature and is poorquality. The breading fell right off which was also very greasy. I ate half a peice of chicken because I was starving and thenluckily stopped. The service was terrible, I'm hoping I don't get sick tonight.
The wait time was quite lengthy, which I assume is due to a shortage of staff. The cashier didn’t acknowledge me or offer a smile, which was disappointing. I wouldn’t want someone like that representing my business. As for the salad I ordered, it was just mediocre. I would have been better off grabbing a salad from Wendy's just a short walk away.
I tried the Vegan Patty Melt, which is a burger made with tempeh bacon, cheese, tartaric acid sauce, and caramelized onions on bread. Overall, it was tasty, although the cheese could have been melted more evenly. It's great to have a satisfying vegan option even in a shopping mall setting.
It's a decent place overall, rating it around 3.5 out of 5. The Nashville hot chicken melt was just okay; the seasoning felt a bit too overpowering with the paprika or chili powder. However, the Oreo shake was fantastic! It wasn't overly sweet and had a great texture.

I had the fried chicken and my daughter had the buffalo fried chicken sandwich from here for lunch. They were really delicious. The chicken was moist and the outside crispy.
Excellent service- quick and friendly. Ordered the Mac and Cheese with the Pimento. Also had a Nutella shake. Did not disappoint
