Memories of Indian Cuisine

We have visited Memories of India on many trips to Creston. The chef has mastered his country's cuisine to perfection. Meat choices are fish, chicken or lamb and can be ordered in several different styles. No, Uncle M - you will NEVER get beef in an indian restaurant, LOL! We have yet to eat anything that didn't meet or surpass our expectations. Dishes can be ordered mild, medium and hot. Don't skip out on the mint chutney and be sure to save room for the mango ice cream. Well worth stopping by.

Nice to see a ethnic restaurant do well in a small town. I heard that the owners first tested the market by cooking and delivering food from their home, and from there decided to open a restaurant, not a decision to take lightly. Seems they made a good gamble and we are all benefiting from it.Right on the main street, and parking is,nt a problem, hope to try it many times.

we found the food here well. it wasn't the best we had at a long time, but it saved our pang for Indian food. the service was good, but he was hit and measures a mask with the server. they also ran out of desserts. but on our disappointment they gave us the last reispudding that was really excellent.

what a shade to find in creston. we were here for a visit and had not expected such a great Indian restaurant in such a small town. we are from vancouver and often eat indians and are quite picky about our Indian food this place has made us very happy. great service!

We ordered their suggestion for four and found the selection and the quantity to be very satisfying. Service was excellent and the environment kept us there long after we finished eating.

What a great hidden gem! Fresh food, coconut curry shrimp outstanding. Yummy samosas and butter chicken. Highly recommend. Price for stuffed patrons including tip
