I’m only giving this place two stars because the staff were friendly, but I’m unsure about their cleaning practices. Overall, I’m quite disappointed. I live nearby and really want to support local businesses, but every time I visit, there are always between 2 to 4 yogurt dispensers out of order. Additionally, I've noticed mold accumulating around the dispensers, which raises concerns about how frequently they are cleaned. The outdoor tables are also very dirty. It seems like there’s a lack of proper management. I've never seen an adult, manager, or owner present during my visits. This is my second time spending $40 on ice cream, and it was just as disappointing as the first. I can only blame myself for returning. The woman at the register informed me that management is rarely present to address issues with the machines, which is probably why my banana pudding yogurt was served very soft and melted. Many flavors were unavailable due to these machine problems, and there were gnats on all the fruit. My 3-year-old daughter had just a sip of yogurt, yet her portion was priced the same as mine, which was filled with toppings. We stopped here for some dessert after eating lunch nearby. Unfortunately, it was a horrible experience with the yogurt being grainy and runny. The staff aren’t very inviting and just stood there talking instead of welcoming their guests. They did have a lot of toppings but the seats and tables were dirty and not cleaned. There was even a point when both staff members went to the back and left the front area with no service person, even with customers coming in. This is not an establishment we’re going to return to.

I went to this restaurant to try the pineapple dole whip and was extremely disappointed. The texture was icy instead of creamy, and the mochi topping was as hard as a rock. All three of us ended up removing the mochi because it was inedible. I took a few small bites of the dole whip and ended up throwing almost all of it away. It was a total waste of money, and I definitely won’t be returning.
By 8:30, just thirty minutes before closing, they locked the doors and turned away about ten customers while they were cleaning and putting chairs away. It was heartbreaking to see an excited little girl turned away and sent home without her frozen yogurt. Overall, it really ruined my night. I do not recommend coming here.

I find it outrageous that a single ice cream costs $12. They frequently run out of flavors, and a lot of the dispensers serve ice cream that is watery. I've even come across pictures showing mold on the machines. I'm finished with this place.

When I arrived at 4:15 PM, the door was closed, and there was no information available about when they would return—only a note stating that they were on a break. I can't help but wonder how long that break might last.
The customer service was disappointing; the restaurant closed 30 minutes earlier than the advertised closing time. The staff left at 9:40 PM, even though they were supposed to be open until 10 PM.
