I rated this place three stars, not due to the quality of the product, but because of the staff's attitude at this specific location. I really enjoy their pineapple and pistachio flavors, but the indifference of the employees stood out to me. When I got two cups to go, I wasn't offered lids or a bag, even though the cashier asked if my order was for here or to go. I also noticed a tip jar, which seemed strange since the staff only rings you up and provides no additional service. I understand this might seem nitpicky, but even fast food places don't have tip jars, and their employees are actively preparing your food. The service here is quite inconsistent; it really depends on the staff member you encounter. While some may be attentive and friendly, others might not be as engaged. On a positive note, the restaurant is clean, and they consistently offer a good variety of flavors, which is why I only rated it 4 stars instead of lower. I'm looking forward to the return of self-serve, as I prefer having more control over portion sizes and toppings.
The staff here is incredibly friendly, and the yogurt is simply amazing. I absolutely love this place and enjoy bringing my kids along. The people are always pleasant, and Radica's flavors are consistently fantastic. The restaurant is clean, and the restrooms are well-maintained. After visiting so many times, I can confidently recommend it. This place definitely deserves a solid five stars!
The service is off and on, here. It really depends on the person whether or not you'll get an attentive and personable team member. They're clean, though and have a good selection of flavors pretty consistently so that's why I only docked 1 star. Ican't wait until self-serve is back, though. I'd like to have more control over serving size and topping portion.

I also noticed that they do not regularly check the yogurt machine to ensure it’s functioning properly and producing the right consistency. On my visits, the yogurt just wasn’t coming out at all. It's frustrating to see such a lack of attention to basic retail practices.

The place is nice and the service good, my only complain is that the vainilla flavor tasted like pure sugar and I'm not really sure if it is ice cream or frozen yoghurt, I didn't bother to ask but when it was melting it seemed more like some kind of water stuff. I just didn't like the vainilla flavor.
The flavors and toppings are fantastic, and the staff is attentive and friendly! This place far surpasses other similar restaurants I typically visit. Plus, it has a great location with plenty of convenient parking available.
Ordered tart and it was replaced with vanilla, one of the worst flavors. They should have an option on DoorDash to include a second flavor option if your original pick is unavailable.

The best selection that will satisfy any child... or those of us who still feel like kids at heart.
Kids love froyo and at this menchies they always have a good attitude and the place is kept clean.
