My first time here in my attempt of trying new restaurants. I am a fan of noodle (chinese, japanese, Indonesian, Vietnamese, etc . But most of the time I like noodle with broth because I think it's more savory that way. So trying a dry udon noodle was a bit skeptical for me because I wasn't sure if I would like it. To my surprise, this is the best udon style for me. It's not stir fry, dry but not totally dry because they put sauce ground pork, green onions, and other veggies with a poached egg on top. The direction is to mix everything for about 20 seconds, the same amount of time I take washing my hand before demolishing this bowl of noodle, to make sure the sauce and the meat are distribut...

I came up here to visit some family and decided to find a restaurant that specialized in one area rather than a buffet, which did a lot but in a mediocre way. I posed to them several choices and they decided to choose this one. When we got there it was quite a long line. Which you could say is a good sign that it's good. We had to sign up for the waitlist the restaurant itself seemed rather small with a counter and it seemed to have a decent turnaround rate. Some of us in our party decided to get the curry while I decided to try their signature item. And while the curry was very tasty I felt that it was very common to any Japanese restaurant. I felt that you could get that anywhere. the sign...

I won't lie delicious! We did wait around 30 45minutes on a Sunday afternoon, but I think it was worth it at least for the first time. It was hot though, and they don't have any seats to wait outside, so brace for that. Our order came with pork, a hard boiled egg, other things, and definitely worth it. My partner and I actually shared a bowl, and it was pretty filling. This with one of their appetizers (we gotta takoyaki so yummy! was the perfect amount for two of us!!! The bowl is just SO filling. We did also get the side broth, which was good too. It's a small but mighty restaurant, and I am definitely taking my friends back here whenever they visit me in LA.

Came here on a Saturday around 11:50am and it's already packed so highly recommend to come early if you don't want to wait in line. I've been here numerous times and it never disappoints! Got the deluxe nagoya mazesoba, which came with two pieces of seaweed, two pieces of chashu and an egg, in addition to what's included in the original nagoya mazesoba. Very delicious! The noodle is chewy and the sauce is very flavorful but not overly salty! They also have a wide selection of appetizers such as takoyaki and tofu dishes! It's in a large plaza with plenty of parking! Food is fantastic- definitely worth the wait. Only downside was that the chashu wasn't very tender. The plastic container that housed these read 8/31 and was over baked in the oven. However, not going to let these two pieces deter from the delicious noodles, sauce, and flavors of garlic, green onion, and poached egg. Service is kind, efficient. Ambiance is fine, but can get loud with the metallic chairs being dragged against the cement floors.

Great food and very good service. The food is delicous and they have some creative drinks on the menu. My fav is the Yuzu Matcha. The only thing that kills me is the screech of chairs as they are moved; super loud and annoying. But other than that, it is a great food spot. It's small, so be prepared to wait if you go at a busy time. We like to go on Sunday around 630 or 7. Get your dish spicy... so yummy.

Everything is delicious except tofu Tofu is hard~ It's just right for two people to eat a bowl of noodles a side dish! It is a heavy Japanese meal~ Takoyaki is a pity that the taste of bonito flakes is very bland~ But the outside is crispy and the inside is soft and delicious There are a lot of guests~ The slow serving speed is a disadvantage!

Food is always great! Been eating here since 2019 and it’s always great. Our server Will took care of us and even recommended a new dish that we haven’t tried. Will’s recommendation was perfect. You will not regret eating the food here, ever! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Reserva una mesa ahora

I myself isn't even a fan of ramen but I just love their mazesoba here! The amount is perf, super flavorful and savory, and I usually pour soup on top towards the end and it alters the taste.
