Mercury Dining Room and Rail

The restaurant staff, led by Michelle at the host stand, ensured that my OpenTable reservation was accurate. Brit took care of everything from taking my order to delivering my food. I enjoyed the roast beet salad with salmon and poached pear salad with salmon - both were fabulous. This restaurant makes sure to treat all customers well, whether they are first-time guests or weekly regulars. There is something for everyone on the menu and the restaurant is conveniently located for easy access by foot or skyway.

Another fantastic lunch experience. This time, I was out with my significant other. The brussel sprouts starter was tasty and filling. My partner enjoyed the poached salmon on their roasted beet salad. We both had hot tea with lemon, which was served generously. Although my ahi tuna burger was a bit crumbly today, it was still good. The Arnold Palmer drink never ran out, and our server Shannon provided excellent service without being overbearing. Overall, a great choice for a daytime outing.

Awesome service! Came here for brunch on a Saturday, with my 3-month old son. Staff was super-friendly brought a car seat holder to the table without me asking. Food was wonderful! Fresh and well plated. Our server Olivia was attentive caring. The craft cocktail I ordered was delicious! Will be back!!

I would recommend not ordering the Grilled Cheese sandwich anymore, which is now a half sandwich and very much overpriced. Not sure when that happened, but I will definitely not be ordering that particular item again. Otherwise, it was great.

Our second time there and both times have been excellent! Order the brussel sprouts! Best I've ever had. The food is creative and really tasty. Cocktails are a bit pricey, but well concocted. We'll be back!
