My family and I were really disappointed in this place. The restaurant itself is beautiful, it is in what clearly used to be a house, and it is beautifully decorated. Unfortunately, my compliments end. The room was so cold that most people wore their coats while eating. I was so cold throughout the meal that I could almost concentrate on nothing else. We wanted the heat to appear, but we said it was just a room, and the temperature never changed. We went during the week of the restaurant, but were never offered restaurant weekly menus. Service was incredibly slow (30 minutes to get our drink order). They were from many courts or parts of courts, but do not say so until 10-15 minutes after the order. Food was not good, and several dishes lacked ingredients. The hostess asked us how our food went when we were on the way, and we were honest that it was disappointing; she said she had heard a lot of it and that she seemed to have a rough night. There was also a guy in a discussion with the manager about his meal when we went out. All in, we pay $150 for a 2.5 hour meal that was worse than you get in Quartino or one of the other medium-priced Italian restaurants in the city. We went with the tasting menu left before it was finished. The food was mediocre while the service is a train wreck. Too many issues to list. Dirty flatware, glasses, the staff was arguing. Not much is going right here. I 'm 1st generation Italian. There 's nothing here that represents true Italian dining. The managers owners know it. Look for a for rent sign on the space within 90 days.

We shared five dishes. None were served at the right temperature. Worst dining experience in a very long time. Avoid, avoid, avoid. So many better options nearby. Extremely disappointed.

Delicious! I was here for an alumni event so we were seated downstairs in the private room area The food and service were both amazing.

Never had a bad meal there but when our waiter was arrogant and totally indifferent. If Gus is your waiter ask for someone else.
