Metropolitan American Diner And

Last night, we visited the Metro based on a recommendation from a stranger we met at a bar. Upon arrival, we found the place lively, yet we were seated immediately. The menu offers an extensive selection, and everything we tried was delicious. The portions are generous, so you'll likely have leftovers to take home. While the service was inconsistent, our server was exceptionally friendly. We will surely return to sample more items from the menu.

My wife and I have dined here multiple times. Generally, the food quality is good, but on one recent visit, we had to send back the same hamburger twice because it was undercooked. We ordered it medium-well, but it arrived rare the first time and medium-rare the second. The service has never been poor, but it tends to vary quite a bit depending on who our server is. Overall, we dined in.

I always enjoy the food at the Metro, but I was a bit let down by the Autumn Bangers and Mash. It didn't have any corn and instead featured nearly raw Brussels sprouts. On the other hand, the Chicken Parmesan was delightful. I also really liked the Bowl of Chicken and Corn Chowder, as well as the Chili Dog Sliders. To top it off, the Autumn Apple Tart was fantastic!

The Chicken Linguine with Pesto Cream Sauce I had for lunch was absolutely incredible! It was cooked perfectly and not dry at all, which can be a challenge with delivered pasta. The portions were fantastic, and the tomato soup was bursting with flavor—truly perfection. This was an awesome first order! Reserva una mesa ahora

The shrimp scampi was beautifully seasoned, included a large slice of lemon to drizzle, and the shrimp itself was cooked to perfection. The side of well done bacon was delightfully crispy. Both items had generous portions and were very reasonably priced. 100/10, I will be ordering again.

Always a fantastic dining experience! The Greek Salad with Grilled Chicken is a personal favorite, as are the sweet potato fries. The Fajita Chicken Wrap and Turkey Club sandwiches were also excellent.

Everything was delicious! best Metro Monte Cristo Ive had in years. Spicy Jerk Chicken Tacos were amazing. great Chicken Parmesean too!
