After waiting for our bowls to be assembled, we were disappointed to see the line cook (a short Hispanic man with curly hair) prioritize the orders of a family behind us instead of helping us complete our order. When we asked him about our order, he simply nodded but continued to ignore us. We then turned to a large Black woman working there for assistance, but she also chose to prepare the dishes for the family behind us instead of helping us. My daughter looked into the back of the restaurant and asked a woman with blue hair, who was sitting at a desk, if she could assist us. The restaurant boasted a charming atmosphere, but sadly, the service left much to be desired. The staff seemed overwhelmed and under-staffed, resulting in extended wait times for our meals.
