If you’re looking for a great Greek restaurant, definitely check out Mezes Greek Tavern. When we walked in, we were greeted by a very friendly host who took us to our table and gave us a rundown of the menu. We then met our waiter who took our orders and gave us great suggestions on what we should try. The restaurant has a classic Mediterranean ambience. They had a huge bar with multitude of beers and wines to offer, plus a bakery section with different classic Greek desserts. Each table is given complementary hummus and pita chips. I am a senior and it is delightful to come to a quiet restaurant with easy parking on a Saturday night. I almost hesitate to give this review for fear it will get too crowded. This is, by far, the best Greek restaurant in Broward County. There is also an excellent Greek restaurant on Oakland Park and A1A, but that has a long wait to be seated. The food is fresh and very tasty. There are the traditional Greek specialties, but my favorite is something that is not even on the menu. It is a flounder coated with cheese and spinach underneath. It is served with lemon potato's. The Humous is excellent also!

BEST Greek/ Mediterranean food in town. Everything is so fresh and cook to perfection. The lemon chicken, the traditional Greek salad with calamari or Grilled salmon is Super delicious. Ask for the flounder it is not in the menu but if you ask for it they cook it for you. Is exquisite! Love this place! Enjoy it!

My family and I have been coming here for years. The staff and food are so authentic and genuine. It feels like family! Our favorite dishes are the Saganaki, Pastitsio, Moussaka, Spanakopita, Chicken Athena, anything Gyro is 10/10, and the desserts are delicious!! Reserva una mesa ahora

Somebody recommended this place to my Wife and I. So, we decided to go there and have dinner. Our server Efi was very good and attentive, and everything she recommended us was on point. We will definitely come back but she has to be our waitress.

Maybe is a good place to eat, but we don't have a nice experience in this Greece restaurant, the food was mmm no to good, the only thing I enjoyed was the baklava, I don't think return, the place look old and needs as soon as possible a new look
