Mi Casa - Reserva de mesa

Currently in the next Mexican restaurant past the tax office after leaving before my food arrived at this place. The staff was so rude for me at mi casa that I was nuinly annoyed and embarrassing when leaving. I literally never write bad reviews. I really feel when it's not a positive review, keep my mouth shut. But this place is insanely disrespectful and her staff has brought me to the point where I will never be again. I don't want to share details, but I'll say that. Go to El charro instead. And to give Casa, how dare you. Also the restaurant is dirty with bugs and it smells like waste water inside. The food was very good and the restaurant was everything you expect and more! I had a chicken chimichanga and a margarita. It was excellent! I love how the chicken was so fresh and shredded! very good quality! Was also conveniently located opposite our hotel, which was very helpful! The staff was friendly and did a good job!

Terrible service and management at this restaurant! The food was average. My beer was warm, which is unacceptable. Both our server and the management refused to adjust our bill or even replace the warm beer with a cold one. I will never go back to this place again!

Oh, so goooood! Apparently, the only Mexican place in Franklin opens on the commemorative day. I'm glad we found them so we know there's a better place than our usual. Great food, great prices, great options and fantastic service. We will be absolutely back! Reserva una mesa ahora

The eggs were not properly cooked. At first they gave me agitator, I asked for fried. Then the fried eggs were boiled hard. I asked for half water, half sweet tea and got a cup of water and a glass of unsweetened tea.

Had the beef fajitas and the 4 flautas. Decent Mexican considering we were in North Carolina. Portion sizes were appropriate for the price. Friendly service.

The Mexican food at this restaurant is very authentic and delicious. I ordered the nachos and they were huge, with plenty of meat and guacamole.
