My boyfriend and I visited Mi Casita for dinner one summer evening. We were seated quickly and received complimentary chips and salsa. We ordered a chori-queso taco, some enchiladas, and a shrimp quesadilla. Thankfully, the chips and salsa helped pass the time because the service slowed down significantly after that. It took a long time for our order to be taken, for our food to arrive, for our water to be refilled, and even for us to get the check when we were done. The service at this restaurant was friendly, and the food was quite good. The only downside is that there are only about three staff members working, so there can be a bit of a wait to place your order. The prices are reasonable, and the tasty food makes it worth the wait. I enjoyed a shredded chicken chimichanga that was absolutely delicious, and the chori queso appetizer is something you definitely shouldn’t miss. The salsa and guacamole were also delightful!

We dined there for the first time last night and will definitely return. The owner and staff were friendly and welcoming. The menu was intriguing, featuring all the classics along with some unique options. We particularly enjoyed the taco salad, and the house margarita was excellent. The nachos with carnitas were also a hit. The prices were reasonable too.

We've eaten there for the first time last night and will definitely go back. The owner and the staff were very nice and accommodating. They had an interesting menu, all standards and more interesting offers. We loved the Taco salad, and the house Margarita was really good. Also the nachos enjoyed with Carnitas. The prices were good. This is a fantastic restaurant with delicious food. They are pet-friendly and allow dogs on the patio, which is a big plus. The service is excellent, and we plan to make this one of our regular spots when we're in the Carbondale area. We also want to apologize for our dog being a bit grumpy during our visit.

This place is amazing! The salsa and food are fantastic, and the service is consistently excellent. Definitely worth a visit!
