So this was a mixed bag for me. My favorite places to explore and rate are Mexican restaurants. First, the positive: they nailed it 100% on service. 100%. Beautifully dressed, very friendly greeter immediately took us to our outdoor table of choice. Second,my key for a good Mexican restaurant... Warm chips, salsa and water hit the table in under 30 seconds. The salsa is good, butvery middle of the road. Probably best for mixed guests. A little sauza and pepper fixed that. Margaritas as watery. Not heavyon alcohol, not too sweet, not memorable. Good. But not a go-to. After one, my wife who loves margaritas, switched to a whitewine. As for meals. Again a mixed bag. My wife ordered steak fajita...
I went there for my bday. I have eaten here several times now. When we were seated, we were immediately served the house made chips and salsa, which was delicious. We both got margheritas that were made really well and were quite strong. The ceviche we ordered had a great texture and flavor. I also had the fish tacos. They were nicely filled and had a good amount of fish and other toppings. The service is excellent and we were there on a Sat night and it was VERY busy. They were secretly informed that it was my bday. So they came out with sombrero and sang me happy bday. The dessert was fried dough with cinnamon and honey. It was served with vanilla ice cream. Really wonderful meal.
Decent Tex-Mex food served. I really liked the michelada and the tortillas. My husband got the fajitas, it was tasty. I picked plato maria, I don't recommend. The enchiladas were dry and not very good. Same for the tamal. Same for the rice... Expect a swimming pool of cheese on the Chile relleno! It's a nice restaurant, very spacious. The waitress was polite and efficient too. I'd like to come back but definitely trying something else. Creo que cocinan la carne muy bien y quizas hacen las tortillas en casa pero no tienen buenas salsas .
The food was so good, perfectly cooked, moist, and flavorful. Everything was delicious from the chips and salsa to even the lemonade. The atmosphere was fun and inviting. I highly recommend MI Rancho! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Steak burrito. Totally strange. Has basically steak fajita on the inside (long strips) and melted CHEDDAR CHEESE on top. In all fairness I’m from California where we do burritos differently. Probably everyone likes what they are used to.
Always enjoyable experience. Love their veggie fajitas with light but tasty seasonings and always fresh offerings. We use their outdoor patio dinningmore often than not. Staff attentive and friendly.
