NOTE: this review is for the Mi Taqeria Potosina that’s located in the artsy village of Holualoa, up the mountain from Kona (on the old M Highway). Just google the directions to Holualoa, and you’ll find this cafe where the former movie theater is in the center of the village If you’re seeking delicious and authentic, home style Mexican dishes, then make the drive up the mountain above Kona to this awesome cafe . It’s run by a couple of ladies who prepare and serve amazing food... we really delighted in their chili rellenos and tamales (with yummy salsa and rice). This place is mostly frequented by locals The menu is extensive, and we’ll be back to sample more of their food... enjoy!
