I recently visited one of the best Mexican restaurants I have ever experienced! The food was delicious, the staff was fantastic, and they were very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was very clean and had a relaxed atmosphere. During my cross country bicycle road trip, I was greeted by a friendly and polite man named Andrew. I was surprised to learn that he was not the manager, as I had assumed. Andrew's excellent service and professionalism made me feel like he deserved a promotion and a raise. He checked if I needed anything and offered me water, which made me decide to stay and order more food. I would rate this restaurant 10/10 for its service, food quality, and overall experience....
I have heard about this restaurant for years and was told it was great, but my experience was quite the opposite. This is the worst Mexican restaurant I have ever been to. Firstly, it took 15 minutes to receive chips and salsa, which I later found out I had to pay for. I have never encountered that in a Mexican restaurant before. Then, when our nachos arrived, the waitress spilled cheese all over the floor. Although not a huge issue, we waited nearly 15 minutes for more cheese, causing our food to become cold. The mess was not cleaned up by the time we left. I would rather throw away $60 in the parking lot than pay for their food and service. For a better Mexican dining experience, I recomme...
Can you say 'homemade? ' My wife and I came for lunch for the first time. We are from out of town, but have family in the area and wanted some good Mexican food. Well it wasn 't good... It was fantastic!!! From the queso to the homemade tortillas there 's nothing frozen coming out of there kitchen. Think the only thing they don 't make here are the soft drinks. Do yourself a favor and go. We already plan to come back tomorrow so we can try another dish.
This family-owned and operated Mexican restaurant is the best in the state. The entire family, including Mom, sisters, brothers, etc., work non-stop to create a staple establishment in CENLA. Their outdoor seating and bar are top-notch, perfect for watching MMA fights and Boxing PPV events.

The food was delicious and served promptly, but unfortunately, we were not able to communicate that our order was incorrect as nobody returned to our table. We noticed a lack of service and were only informed of the total charge without any further assistance.
Great place to grab a bite with friends or family. Staff are very friendly and have never experienced a wait in order to be seated. Excellent food for the price. If you are looking for a casual bite to eat this is a great option.
The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The service was a bit slow, but we didn't have to wait too long for our food. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
A very pleasant surprise basically out there all alone.The lunch special enchilada was only $5.99 with the beans and rice. They were very tasty and really hit the spot.

The menu offers a wide variety of choices. The food was fresh and flavorful. The salsa could use a little more flavor, but overall, the other dishes were satisfying.
My favorite Mexican Restaurant in Alexandria area! Love the salsa and Tamales. And the best and freshest guacamole EVER!!! Definitely worth the drive.
