My wife and I have been regulars at Michael's Porthole since 1980. We enjoy sitting on the deck while sampling their extensive selection of draft beers and specialty drinks. The food is outstanding, too, featuring a diverse menu that includes seafood, burgers, and a variety of appetizers. Our go-to dishes are the sliders and bacon cheese fries. I also really love the raw bar. The service is exceptional, and our wonderful server, Jackie, always treats us like VIPs. Today, she surprised us with a sample of her new vodka loop, and it was delicious! We highly recommend checking out Michael's Porthole.
Had the surf and turf for two and just couldn’t help but order the ahi tuna appy. Everything prepared perfectly and beautifully presented. Then (because it was Valentines Day) a little treat. Ordered the dessert sampler. Even though we were full! It was delicious!! The awesome staff gave us great attention as well and it was a very busy night with a paintnite going on in the other dining room.
I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is fantastic, the service is exceptional, and the outdoor deck is gorgeous. It truly is a hidden gem. Plus, it's easily accessible for my mother, who has mobility challenges, making it her favorite spot to dine.
What a wonderful place! The staff and owners are amazing. The menu is extensive, and the atmosphere is vibrant with live music. You won’t be disappointed!
