Midway Lanes And Fun Zone Entertainment Center

As a family we love going to Midway Lanes. The kids love it. And unlike other bowling alleys, the activities for children are thrilling. Bumper cars, laser tag, video games, arcade games.The whole interior is updated, clean and safe.The staff are professional, personable and very accessible if there is an issue with the pins. When we go up to the counter we are treated like family. It's very endearing.The lanes are spotless and well maintained. They have great specials for the whole family. Events with pro bowlers and a whole variety of leagues. We have been going to midway lanes for years and are never disappointed.

Never again. Thought we would try midway as our normal place is closed. We got assigned a lane in the middle of what looks like a kids party. I asked if we could move lanes because there were children running everywhere and I was concerned my 18 month old would get knocked down. The guy at counter was very dismissive and rude. We had to ask for the appropriate bumpers to be added multiple times. It was nothing short of chaotic in there. Didn't see anyone disinfect the shoes ?. The price is also much higher than other places in the area. There doesn't appear to be a handicapped entrance that we saw.

I 'm in a league on Saturday nights. My fiancé 's bag was stolen off of her chair one night. We assume by an employee, and they 're covering it up. They won 't let us see the cameras and are sweeping it under the rug. We visited the Vestal PD for help, and unfortunately, without being allowed access to the surveillance, there isn 't much that can be done outside of a lawsuit. So I guess that 's the road we 'll travel down. ?‍

It was clean, staff was friendly. They have a bar. I had a lot of fun. Thinking about going again today!
