My family frequently orders catered food for parties from this establishment. The service is horrendous! I went in to pick up food my mom ordered 20 minutes prior and was not even greeted by the staff, who clearly saw me, when I got there. After six minutes of waiting, a gentleman was behind the counter said Someone will be with you meanwhile he continued talking to two other customers at the bar. If I could give it zero stars, I absolutely would. My boyfriend and I ordered the $36.99 combination plate, but after just one bite, everything tasted dry and outdated. We barely managed to eat three-quarters of it and asked the waitress to take it back, but they refused to remove it from our bill. The customer service was atrocious. It was a truly awful experience.
I ordered a chicken soup and a can of ginger ale. The chicken was completely undercooked—rubbery and raw—and it was honestly the worst chicken I've ever tasted. They charged me $23 for the meal, but if you check the menu online, the chicken soup is listed at $13. So that means a $10 can of soda? I won’t be returning.
One of the worst Hispanic places I have ever tried. We got a 36.99 combination plate and we had one bite and it tasted dry and old. We took it back, hadn't even eaten 3/4 of it and they refused to take it off our bill. No customer service whatsoever. Absolutely terrible.

The customer service at this restaurant is excellent, the food is delicious, and they offer delivery services. I highly recommend them.
Food is good a bit on the pricey side but I would recommend they sell Salvadorian food as well as some Mexican dishes
