On Monday night, our experience at this restaurant was a bit off. While we wished we could rate it a 3.5, it was closer to a 3 than a 4. We ordered sake but weren't given glasses, and our sushi came out quickly but without plates or condiments. The cucumber roll was too heavy on cucumber, causing it to fall apart. The Iron Monkey dish had overcooked shellfish. The gyoza, however, was delicious. The atmosphere felt classier but also colder, lacking the cozy charm we enjoyed before. While the food was still fresh, we had to request basic items like plates and condiments, which detracted from the overall experience.
Mika Sushi is my go-to spot for a top-notch sushi experience. The Washington Roll was a true delight, with incredibly fresh ingredients and expertly crafted flavors. The sushi consistently impresses with its freshness and quality. The dine-in experience is welcoming and enjoyable, with sports games playing on the TV. Mika Sushi has become my favorite sushi spot, thanks to their delicious offerings and fantastic special offer of buy 3 rolls and get one free. Overall, Mika Sushi is a standout choice for sushi lovers seeking a reliable and exceptional dining experience.
Always good food. The waiter was somewhat aloof and left a little to be desired. And, just as a heads up, music should be playing very subtly in the background. Not so loud that it makes it difficult to have an intimate conversation. I nicely asked the waiter twice if he could lower the volume. He complied the 1st time but not the second. It really made it a less enjoyable experience.
I was in the neighborhood and didn't know of any restaurants, but I wanted to try out a sushi restaurant. When I arrived, the chef was very impolite. I sat in front of him for 5 minutes without being acknowledged. Despite other staff being present, I was never attended to. Definitely not a place I would go back to.

My family and I have been coming here for years. We really enjoy the wide variety of rolls that are stuffed with spicy tuna as opposed to imitation crab, like most other sushi restaurants. The service is great and the food is always consistent.

We just got here !! Very nice , small and intimate!! Miso soup was delicious!! The sushi bar is big enough to seat about 12 comfortably!!
