I purchased several caramel apples, and when I got home, I noticed they were brown on the inside. I called the shop, and they asked me to send a photo of one apple for a replacement. After taking a picture, I made the long trip back to the store, only to be told that I should have taken photos of all the damaged apples. The staff called a manager, who agreed to replace one apple. I requested that she contact the manager again, as I had proof of purchase. Eventually, the manager agreed to replace all the apples. I visited this restaurant on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, around 6 PM. Unfortunately, the customer service was quite disappointing. The two staff members seemed annoyed, even rolling their eyes when a customer asked how many slices they could get from an apple, as if that person worked there. There were even other customers who ended up leaving due to the poor service. I definitely won't be returning.
I used to LOVE this place and would spend over a $100 each week! But then today I discovered that they are no longer making the delicious freshly dipped graham crackers and are instead selling the crappy stale, pre-made chocolate graham crackers. The store assistant told me the change was permanent. So disappointing that I won't be able to go to this store anymore.

I loved the variety of candy and piñatas! I found exactly what I was looking for to go along with my theme plus so much more!! Definitely recommend
