I've been a loyal customer without any complaints until now. I recently ordered a box of Don Diego cigars that turned out to be unsmokable. I sent a polite email to their customer service, but I never received a response. Two days later, I called and was told to send another email, with a promise of a callback that same day, which never happened. When I called back three days later, I was informed that they hadn't received any other complaints about that brand and that I wouldn't be receiving a credit. It seems pretty clear that they're avoiding me by not returning my calls. Well, I guess JR Cigar will get my business instead.

Mikes Cigars stands unmatched in its field, and they consistently deliver an extraordinary cigar-buying experience. When I called for some advice, Brendan was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He helped me choose from around 15 different cigar options that suited my taste. He really listened to my preferences and provided excellent guidance throughout the process. I wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful establishment to anyone interested in cigars! Make sure to ask for Brendan.

{Context left out}Thank you. I was concerned at first, not by your service more by my state laws. They came in in perfect condition. I was surprised by the hydration pack that was included (I'm an amateur but I know moisture is needed for cigars) I will be reordering in the future. Never had such bad experience by on line shopping! I can’t believe I was so bad luck to purchase From Mike Cigar online !reply to you message: i don't care about this anymore. you never reply until i leave a message here, you should ask me earlier if you don't know my order number, just throw away my cigars i don't care or give to someone who have no money to afford it.

For Mikes online sales: I had an issue with a recent purchase of a cigar sampler which involved one of the cigars being replaced with another that I considered to be inferior. After contacting customer service by phone Brendan agreed to send the correct size (it had been temporarily out of stock) at no extra charge. I appreciate good customer service. George W.

I ordered from this restaurant but never received my package. When I spoke to customer service and the supervisor, both were rude and unhelpful. They contacted UPS pretending to be me and informed them that I had received a replacement, refusing to issue my refund. I will never order from them again and do not recommend anyone else does either.

I have been a customer for 8 years. I paid $60.00 for Next day air. My package didn't arrive on time and they refuse to give me a refund or store credit. The manager didn't care that I was a loyal customer and would do nothing to accommodate a unhappy customer. They lost a $600 a month order. Reserva una mesa ahora
