We dined at Mike's Seafood Steakhouse tonight, and the food was excellent. I had the senior grilled Wels dinner, which was both delicious and generously portioned, while Nabeby ordered the Hamburger Steak dinner, a massive serving that was equally tasty. We also shared an appetizer of alligator bites, which were wonderfully tender and not greasy at all. This was the worst food we have had at a restaurant in a long time.service was not good.had to send drinks back margaritas are horrible.steak was not good fish taste like Mudd or belly meat spit that back into plate.fried oysters are about quarter sizeand fried to a crisp shrimp not great who can't fry shrimp?????????????? stuffed crab taste rancid.really didn't eat any of itfor$111 and change but hey the spinach dip was ok???????? never again will I eat there
I understand why this place has received some low ratings in the past. They used to operate in a different location where the service was often poor. However, the food was always excellent if you could manage to get a table, drinks, and place your order. Now that they have moved to a larger, more attractive, and cleaner venue, the quality of the food remains top-notch. I haven't experienced bad service in the past 2-3 years and I dine there about once a month.
Not sure the address listed here is correct, but the phone number is good, they give the right instructions. Food was great! 12oz Ribeye was perfectly cooked! Fried Shrimp was also great. Atmosphere and service were excellent! I would recommend this place to everyone!

Disappointed. I ordered the crawfish Lafitte I haven't ordered it in a while and in the past it was so good. I ordered it tonight and it was a completely different recipe, still crawfish pasta but completely different and not good at all.
We hosted our 46th class reunion at Mike's Seafood Steakhouse. We had a private room exclusively for our group, and they arranged a buffet just for us. The restaurant staff made sure our event was truly unforgettable.
Great family owned and operated small Town gem! We love Mike's and is always a great spot for a quick lunch, fancy date night or amazing Sunday lunch buffet!! You won't be disappointed.
Taylor was a fantastic waitress. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous! Definitely a great local spot!
