I'm not usually one to complain, but I've never encountered a pizzeria that serves half a tray of pasta with burnt chicken. When I called to address the issue, they didn't even attempt to resolve it; instead, when I mentioned that I wouldn't be ordering again, their response was to tell me never to order from them again. I would have at least appreciated an apology; it was poor customer service and an unfair portion.
The food tastes great and the people there are very nice and generous with their serving sizes. They often hook me up with an extra slice or two every time I order there and generally are nice people to talk to. I tried Milan Pizza today for the first time and it will not be my last. I got the Margherita Pie and it was DELICIOUS!! It was promptly delivered by the nicest guy, named Mahmood, who recommended a couple of other items on the menu for future orders. Very positive experience and happy to support this local business!! Moved to town recently and found out about Milan Pizza. Alan the owner is very friendly and the food is always fantastic! Hey folks.... Just bought a customized pizza at 2:30pm on Feb 20th with a 7 layers of toppings (surprised a representative) along with a chicken wings and a French fries. No issues at all: fresh, taste and fast (25minutes). Recommend the place.
orderd half ham and half plain came with 3 small pieces of ham amd charged me for that the box was so greasy and pizza wasnt that good the grease was going all thru the box if u gonna order from there make sure u look at pizza b4 u go home
