that was our second time here, but we won't go back! the restaurant was dark, and when they dimmed the lights, we had to change the tables as the arc was burned over our table, as it was on many other tables. the ambiente is tired, it needs a reno! our waitress was slow, and our eating was slower 45 minutes from ordering to get burger. eating is simply enough. only good was the mirvish 15% discount, but it is not worth it. much better place to go before the theater.

It took more than 40 minutes for our food to be served because of some problems in the kitchen. The food they served was stale fries were chewy, bun cold, burger charred. The sever should've known right away what's not on the menu, not 10 minutes after taking our order. The server didn't follow up after serving our main.

my daughter had an excellent lunch there on Friday afternoon. great service waitress was friendly and committed. that was great. the California salate as a side salad for a sandwich was an unexpected, delightful surprise.

one of my colleagues has heavy food allergies, including celiac. the waiting staff was very noticeable for their allergies and went beyond and beyond to ensure that there was no cross-contamination with their meal.

the service was slow. the food was terrible (boiled and not fresh)
