Mill Creek Saladworks

My staff was very unpleased by their salads today because we asked for a salads. they were supposed to be there at 1:18 But then called at 1:10 and said sorry we're going to be late so I will be there at 2 o'clock And when the clock struck 2 there was no salad Works to be found anywhere So we called and they said that our order had been canceled when we had not cancel our order and they said that they haven't even started making our order The salads finally arrived and the manager was very polite but when we got them inside our orders were wrong and there were eggs missing and We were missing dressings on 2 of our other salads so I am very disappointed in the salad works because I love salad...

This isn 't a review of the food. I love the food but it was about maybe the worst service I 've ever received. I ordered hours before so I could just swing by after work, but when I arrived no order was apparently placed. I was rudely asked to just tell me what you ordered . I went through the order getting sighs and eye rolls every time there buckets of ingredients were empty. I went to order my second item when I get ohhh your order is right here . Normally no biggie but the guy was just so rude and audibly annoyed at my existence I won 't go back and neither should you.

This salad works was a hottttt mess! I had a create your own salad and had to build my salad around what they have vs. What I wanted! Everything in the cold case was sloppy and there was lettuce, tomatoes in with the red onions and blue cheese in with the provolone. I can't believe this location salad works is still opened ? ?. The one black guy employee was trying hard to serve everyone while the white female went back and washed dishes while the line was at the back door and no food was being refilled.

It's one of the worst restaurants in this area. No one was in the store except me. My order had only two items. The guy took more than 10 minutes to make the food. The order was also placed 10 minutes ago. It seemed he hated being at work and didn't want to move his body. All garbage workers work here. Here too I had similar experiences. You have the lazyst employees. I always told the employee that the food wasn't there, but the lazy employee, instead of looking into it, always told me that the food was there. In addition, she held gossip with other employees. After she was wasting more than 5 minutes, she told me that someone picked up the order. Now she can't recover.

I have been going to this Saladworks fir 1 year exactly. I go at least weekly. Always fresh and people friendly and helpful. I read some of the poor reviews and could not believe them. Not my experience at all.Parking: Shopping Center on Kirkwood Hwy. Lots of free parking.

There is absolutely no organization in this Saladworks. You will have three people working on the same salad and not even know it. I had to repeat my order several times while people who came after me got their salad before me. Effing Ridiculous.

Service was unhappy at best. I was made to feel like I was not welcome at all. I probably won't be back. I've never felt this way at any other location (Millcreek).Food: 4/5 Reserva una mesa ahora

I may be a new customer here but I've got to say I'm impressed! The salads are fresh, taste good, and are reasonably priced too! I will definitely come here more often!

Great salads of the man waiting for us really deserves recognition because the other 2 employees we saw let him do all work. He was brilliant?
