Shocking meal waited over an hour for our dinner had to ask for it!! amazingly came out within minutes. Sadly all food was cold, manageress basically called me a liar. Was my wifes birthday found staff rude and seem like they hate their job! Food well over rated will never go back here. Shocking experience, left most of the food and got 15% off bill!!! Tried to get that back with overcharges on drinks which they did apologise for. Crafty place and ryde manageress. Medium rare steak on a 28 punce cut of beef takes an hour to cook!!! Manageress words useless! Asked what the house white was no one knew the grape.
First time at any miller and carter, we came for lunch, Starters we had STICKY CHIPOTLE CHICKEN and scallops, both very good. A wedge dressing was basically a wedge of lettuce with vinaigrette poured over it, didn’t really understand it. I had the 10oz rump (recommended medium) a bit over cooked for me i should have stayed with my normal medium rare rare. It had good flavour, was ok. Camembert mash SAUTÉED greens, slightly under cooked. The misses had surf and turk, she said it was ok.
My husband and I took our 16 yr pls son and his girlfriend for a meal to celebrate my son’s 16th birthday. The food was beautifully cooked by Grill Chef Bradley and was served by Elise. The service was very good. We were never rushed, service was delivered with a smile. Elise acknowledged my son’s birthday but without embarrassing him. I couldn’t rate the food or service highly enough and will definitely be coming back. Thank you!
We had a great birthday dinner here! Bex was our server she was pretty busy, but still so attentive and absolutely brilliant. Cannot thank her enough for the A star service! We went for the Cote de Boeuf sharer and it was wonderfully cooked by Cae. Overall, we really enjoyed our meal here they even gave my partner a birthday surprise! Thank you so much to the entire team :

It was our wedding anniversary and we booked killer and carter for lunch. Well what can I say, the food was absolutely delicious and the service from a really lovely lady called Katie made it all so perfect. It was a lovely atmosphere, and the attentiveness from Katie the waitress was just over and beyond. Thank you for making our anniversary so special.
Service, atmosphere and food were perfect as always! Elise gives a perfect service every visit, never fails to make you feel welcome by taking the time to have a personal conversation with all customers. Believe head chefs name was Bradley at the time, compliments to him for sure !!
Had the most lovely dinner with my daughter. Elise served us and she was delightful.my daughter recommended that I try a different steak, Darius did this to perfection
