Miller's Ale House

Went to Miller’s for steak this past weekend with my son and got seated. Another group came in and got seated about 10 minutes later. The waitress ignored us and went to the other group. We were not even offered a drink or anything. We walked out. I hate being passed over and I don’t know why. If the waitress was on top of her game she would’ve known who got there first. I don’t think I will go to a Miller’s again. At least not the Oak Lawn one. You guys missed out on an over $60 order and I wouldn’t have tipped the waitress. This was on Friday 4/19/2024 at 11:45am. We were seated in a booth by the bar. Not good management to me.

HAVEN'T BEEN TO MILLERS IN A FEW YEARS AND THAT WAS IN LOMBARD WHERE THE STAFF WAS AWFUL AND WATCHED A LITTLE GIRL CHOKING AND DID NOT A DARN THING TO HELP WITH ANYTHING! THE STAFF IN CHICAGO RIDGE WAS AMAZING AND EXTRA SHOUT OUT TO ALEXIS! WHO TOOK THE ORDERS OF 7 PEOPLE WROTE NOTHING DOWN AND YET DELIVERED EACH PERSONS MEALS ABSOLUTELY PERFECTLY!! ALL THE FOOD WAS GREAT BUT THE STAFF MADE THE DECISION TO GO THERE SOO PERFECT!!

The food was good and you got healthy portions. Our server was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the menu. Very nice and clean restaurant to dine in Parking: Plentiful parking almost around entire facility and it's FREE Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kids food on the menu that I seen and the kids were coloring with items given to them.

We live close by and used to visit Miller's House often but service wasn't what it used to be, a couple of weeks ago we went back and we got an amazing service by Josh. He was very friendly and attentive, he also recommended some food items.We will go back because of Josh and the good food. Reserva una mesa ahora

It’s sad that I get an old lime and a beer that isn’t a full glass! Had so much head as you can see in the pic. Waitress is slow, bar tender is slow. I just hope the food is good.. I’ll be back with details about that.

I love this restaurant!!! Beautiful inside!!! My dine in experience was A1!! The service, food, drinks, music, everything about this place is amazing!!
