I was looking for a good Japanese restaurant in the port of Arpajon ... and well it's not at MimoSushi that I found it. The welcome is charming and very friendly (from which the second star), but the kitchen ... not at all the classics of Japanese cuisine. Pour commencer, je dois dire que c’est assez bon mais pour avoir commandé depuis l’ouverture assez régulièrement je note une différence sensible dans la composition des poké saumon (car c’est ce que je prends toujours). Je veux bien que les produits soient devenus plus cher, mais le prix du bol a augmenté en conséquence alors je remarque également qu’il y a beaucoup plus de riz qu’avant et e moins du reste des morceaux de saumon devenus petits et réduction également des légumes type édam etc. deuxième sauce soja de ml est facturée 60 cts alors qu’elle était gratuite avant. On nous prendrait pas un peu pour des pigeons ?
Mimo Sushi always up!!! I often eat at mimo, whether on site for a lunch with colleagues, the evening when going, the boxes to share with friends... Nothing to say that the quality is always rdv, the proposals of the moment are original, the teams are always very pleasant, welcoming and helpful.
