Unfortunately, this restaurant is one of the worst dining experiences in Montrose. My first visit was unsatisfactory, but I decided to give it another chance, only to find it even worse than before. The wait times for food were excessive, and it just wasn't worth the high prices. Our waitress, who was Spanish, was extremely rude and seemed to prioritize the table next to us, which was occupied by a group of white men. They received much more attention than any other table, and it was clear that the other patrons were visibly frustrated by this. Went there today for dinner, my sister and husband liked their food for the most part but my enchiladas, rice beans were DISGUSTING. Cold, bland and just off putting. The waitress was very very sweet and was willing for bring me a melt instead. That was two pieces of lunch meat on non toasted bread. Well definitely not be returning. Again the waitress was amazing, food Also it's ridiculously priced. Super dissatisfied. Meal type: Dinner

Very disappointed. I ordered the Cali club. The turkey was processed lunch meat and it was burnt. The bacon was undercooked which made the sandwich greasy. My daughter’s hamburger was dry. $3.25 for 1 slice of toast on the side. $2.00 charge for using my credit card. Not a fan! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

At the new Mimos location on North Townsend, you've really done a fantastic job! The food is just as delicious as at the original spot, and now they have a fleet license too! Horrible service. Unprofessionally operated. We waited 15 minutes to be greeted. I had to find someone to take drink order. We waited 40 minutes for food. They still did not have it out. When I complained, they laughed at me. No go. I’ll let ticket agent at airport know this is a horrible restaurant.

The food at Mimo's has always been excellent and generous. The only downside is that their coffee is consistently very weak—tastes like dark water. On the bright side, the Huevos Rancheros are fantastic!
