Having been very disappointed with the service on two previous visits, I was very reluctant to return here. However, my partner persuaded me and we went here at the weekend. Luckily we were looked after by Breeze I think she said that was her name) we received brilliant friendly service, she was very attentive and nothing was too much, even with how extremely busy it was in there. Really help make it a lovely evening for us. Advise to the manager, get Breeze to help with the training of staff.
Saturday night here for a birthday party. it was my first visit, unfortunately some of my three times boiled chips in the middle were somewhat raw, but the rest of the food was nice. the young lady breeze who took care of us was fantastic, so attentive, always checking on us to make sure everything was in order. she was really professional and very friendly. a real asset for her employer. would again visit pure for the amazing service.
We did not eat here, however popped in for a drink. The hot chocolate was one of the best I’ve ever tasted and the decor was unusual, the children loved the gold dinosaur. Food: unable to comment on the quality as we only sampled the hot chocolate. The prices were quite high, however this may reflect the quality. The location is a little strange, on what feels like an industrial estate.
Went for works Christmas lunch so there was a crowd but I'd only rate as just above average. Pro's: Pre-arrival they were accommodating and helpful. Quality of food was good. Polite and pleasant staff Con's: The service was a little slow, portion sizes were on the small side for what we paid. Varun was an excellent server and made the experience all the more enjoyable. Gareth was amazing as well and took some great photos of the group and myself. The food was perfect!!
We had a peaceful day at Mimosa, but Gareth and the team's warm welcome made our visit truly special. The food was fantastic, leaving all six of us very satisfied diners!
