We visited Minas recently for a team lunch. I've walked past the restaurant dozens of times, and wanted to try it, so that's where we went. We weren't disappointed! Friendly service, and outstanding food. Yes, the variety of meat on a skewer was outstanding, but so was the buffet of side dishes, soups, salad, and dessert selections. This meal satisfied everyone in the group - from the guys, to the vegetarians, and everyone in between. There was something scrumptious for all to try. The pork dishes were truly the star of the meat offerings, but all servings were tasty and cooked beautifully. Wow. what a fantastic restaurant for meat lovers. While visiting Calgary we came upon this steakhouse and decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. We sampled 13 different meats cooked to perfection. The style of presentation, the friendly service ( thanks Sophia) and the best meal we've had so far on our Nth American trip had us wishing we could come back some time. Ok, so you get your plate and load up buffet style, the twist is that after you sit down with your food the chef comes out with skewers of meat, and you can choose to have some or pass. The keep coming over with different meats until u flip a little triangular card over so that its red instead of green. Lots of fun and pretty unique. But you have to love meat. Vegans should stay far away!
I went there with my husband and the meat quality is very good! Definitely the buffet worth the price. We were both very happy with our experience. And our waiter was amazing! Actually, the whole staff is so friendly and welcoming (Thank you Ricardo and Gustavo)! Great customer service. We will certainly be back!

We had a reservation and we were led to a table with special greetings. The ambience of this place is awesome plus the service was really good. We enjoyed every barbeque presented to us together with the buffet area plus some choice brazilian desert. We will come back for sure . . .
For meat lovers: great food!Try the picania (top sirloin) which is the best but leave room for other parts including sausages.The rice and bean are excellent the deserts based on coconuts are delicious.Pau de queso is amazingly good.Price is ok.Vegetarian can enjoy too!
Rushed to get here before 9pm close, walked in the door at 825pm....was served as if it was 5 pm but with the added benefit of way less people. Could not get better service! AMAZING servers and chefs! Highly recommended and a favorite for hubby and I from now on!
I often bring friends to this place to taste nice Brazilian BBQ. The buffet is good, with a variety of options from salad, typical sides like farofa, feijoada and mandioca, to deserts. The price is well set too.

Is a good option to eat barbecue . A authentic Brasilian food In Calgary. Is good to be early because when they get busy you have to wait more to eat and try all kind of meat.the open buffet is very good.
