5 stars for the SHRIMP in LOBSTER Sauce. ????????????????????. You absolutely MUST try this. Also try the DINNER version of Hot Spicy soup. It 's usually VERY delicious. Last time we went, it was a flop. It was missing the hot spicy and it didn 't haveenough vegetable/meat stuff in it. We fixed it by adding some hot mustard sauce. A little disappointed by soup, but thatRARELY happens. I actually thought maybe they brought us the lunch version or egg drop soup by mistake. All in all, this placeis solid. Egg rolls are perfect. I will come MANY more times and we will always get the shrimp in LOBSTER Sauce to share.. likeyou would an appetizer. It 's dang good.

I have been going to Ming's for as long as I can remember, and it has always been a warm and inviting establishment with delicious food. It is a family-owned and operated restaurant. The staff are extremely friendly and the service is consistently excellent. I especially enjoy the hot and sour soup and egg rolls that are included in the lunch specials. Every dish on the menu is fantastic, which is why this restaurant has stood the test of time.

The customer service at this restaurant was excellent! The staff welcomed me with a smile and the host was very pleasant. I decided to try the black pepper chicken and was satisfied with my choice. The egg roll was larger than I expected, but still delicious. It was a bit greasy, but tasty. My only critique is that the fried rice was made with long grain instead of medium grain rice. I have been coming to Ming's my entire life and it has always been a welcoming place with wonderful food. It is a family owned and operated restaurant. The employees here are very nice and the service is always great. I love the hot and sour soup and eggroll that come with lunch. Everything on the menu is fantastic. That is why this place has been around for so long.

a certain section about most other Chinese restaurants. the food was delicious, I ordered salt and pfeffer garnel. the garnels tasted fresh, the bed of the spits were fantastic and not too oily, the fried rice was slightly spiced, but still tasty. it is not often a place that has Chinese dishes that tastes home cooked, but I found this with ming 's cuisine.

Best Chinese Restaurant in Alabama that I have tried. I doubt one could ever come close!! The service is excellent and the owners/managers are all that you could ever hope for in a hometown staple. Best egg rolls and H&S soup in the business. I only leave reviews at places I truly love, and this might be the one above them all in this food scene! GO HERE!!!

I love Chinese food! I know Mings have been in business for a long time, the decor seems to be in with the theme, but unfortunately dated, the food was pleasant, but not what me and my wife expected as in taste flavor The server was outstanding with his table manners and very respectful and helpful with customers, I would recommend a visit ???? Best Chinese food I have ever had! Good prices considering the quality. The fried rice was worth the $1 upcharge. Amy was really nice and welcoming! I highly recommend and will definitely be back!
