Yo' Mama's - Reserva de mesa

This restaurant was AMAZING! From the food to the service staff, everything was impeccable! I ordered chicken that was seasoned and fried to perfection! The cheese grits were creamy and did not have to have any salt added to them. The pancakes were huge! They have this homemade syrup that is very good with hints of praline or some kind of nut. They served HUGE pancakes! I will definitely return.

This is a fantastic spot for lunch in downtown Birmingham. I visited for the first time and was really impressed with the food. I ordered the daily special, which was a chicken breast stuffed with artichokes and spinach in a creamy sauce, served with steamed broccoli and cheesy potatoes. It was truly excellent. My wife opted for the fried chicken wings with fries. I highly recommend Yo Mama's!

Great place for lunch in downtown Birmingham. This was my first visit and the food was excellent. I had the daily lunch meal which was a breast of chicken stuffed with artichokes and spinach in a creamy sauce. This was accompanied by steamed broccoli and cheesy mashed potatoes. Like I said, excellent. My wife chose the fried chicken wings with french fries. I highly recommend Yo Mama's.

This restaurant was fantastic! From the food to the service, everything was impeccable! I ordered a dish that was perfectly spiced and flavorful. The cheeses were creamy and seasoned just right, with no added salt. The pancakes were enormous! They have a delicious homemade syrup that pairs wonderfully with their praline and various nuts. I saw this place on the Netflix show. Family owned, friendly staff, and good cooking. I had the fried wings with fries. The food was good and hot!! All I can say is these women know how to fried some chicken!! It was delicious!! Their sweet tea is magical!! I’ll be back next time I’m in Bham!!

I literally love this place every time I order it’s always correct and the staff is so nice. The food is more than delicious and the menu is small just like a good one should be. They really have it together and they’re in my Top 5 of regular places I’ll go for breakfast!

Food was excellent. All the outside dinning tables were full so u sat in my car because food smelled good and it was so tasty. I almost went to sleep at my desk after lunch! My go to spot when I come to the city during lunch time. Bring back Sunday brunch with the band!

Holy cow! This food was amazing! EVERYTHING on the menu is available Gluten Free! First Fried chicken for a friend of mine that went gluten free in two years! Owned by a mother and daughter. They are rockstars! Even great gluten free Mac and cheese! To die for! Reserva una mesa ahora

After watching an episode of Fresh, Fried and Crispy on Netflix about this place. I had to try it. I ordered the Chicken and Waffle. It didn?t disappoint. Chicken was super crispy and the waffle was very good. Service is good. FYI, outside dining only.

This restaurant is amazing, if you have celiacs or can't eat gluten, you need to come here. I got gluten free fried chicken and it was great. Also the coleslaw was just terrific. I can't wait to come and eat here again.
