Is this the best Australian gourmet pie? For me, the Chinese BBQ Pork Belly Pie didn’t quite hit the mark. Although the pork belly had a nice BBQ aroma with a touch of Chinese flavor, the taste was underwhelming—the meat felt a bit dry when I was expecting something juicier. On a better note, the Triple Cheese Cauliflower Mornay pie was decent. It wasn’t overly salty, and the flavors were well balanced, making for a pleasant and satisfying bite.
