Our order was delivered in early April, but we did not receive a check for our school. After numerous follow-ups, we were repeatedly sent invoices stating that we owed them money. When I requested to speak with the owner, I was informed he was unavailable and their bookkeeper was out sick.
After finally speaking with the owner, he yelled at me for wanting the money we had raised. Our check was finally ready on May 1st, but it was incorrect. Miss Chocolate had shorted our group $30 and only wanted to give us 70% of a donation we had received.
Overall, Miss Chocolate's business practices are questionable, with significant markups on their products and a lack of transparency in their dealings...
This restaurant is a disaster. I have had multiple problems with my orders, the customer service is rude and unhelpful, and they charge my card immediately but don't deliver for months. When I inquire about my order, they act like it's my fault. They blame delays on perishables, but there is no indication of that on the items and they fail to explain why some of my items were missing. I believe they are struggling financially and using money from new orders to fulfill old ones. I will never order from them again and would advise others to steer clear as well.支持再次使用他们作为筹款活动! Overall, a terrible experience that I would not recommend to anyone.
Great place for all sorts of wrapping paper/gift bags etc, some candy and miscellaneous stocking stuffer type stuff, travel supplies, pet accessories, and it's all pretty cheap. Like a glass chess set for $5 or $1 for decks of playing cards that have been used for just a few hands of poker (TIL professional poker players change out decks after 2 or 3 hands even when they're just practicing).
I ordered cookies for a school fundraiser and their service was excellent! I had an issue with one of the cookies, but they quickly resolved it. The cookie dough looks delicious and I can't wait to enjoy these tasty treats! Not only do they support local schools, but they also run a fantastic business. Thank you.

I can get the same thing in the $1 store. not to mention the terrible customer service. no excuses or something.
Great outlet store, wrapping paper is nice and cheap, they have great stocking stuffers for the kids.
