"LOVE this BBQ joint! Better than Slow's and Dickie's.. never had a problem. Chicken is amazing, love their Carolina Mustard.. great sides too! Lots of room inside, clean bathrooms and a couple tables outside. Fast service, I recommend to anyone!!"

The staff here is fantastic. I really had a great experience here tonight. I will come back often. It is a long way from home but the customer service is worth the trip for me. I ordered the 2 meat combo with salmon and baby back ribs. They did not have any salmon so they let me pick another meat and boy was it worth it. The food was hot and absolutely delicious. The sauces for the ribs were great. The ribs were tender and melted in my mouth. The Mac n cheese was wonderful. I definitely will revisit this place and bring my family next time. Will was offering great customer service.
Walked in at noon and the National Anthem was playing and everyone in the restaurant was standing with their hand over their heart. I knew right then this was no ordinary fast food restaurant. The patriotic them is very cool and the BBQ and choice of sauces were outstanding. Having visited almost every barbecue place in Kansas City I think that is quite a compliment.
Good BBQ and great service. I 've seen them giving out coupons for free sandwiches to veterans many times. Good selection of meats with a rotating monthly 'black plate special ' that usually has some interesting dishes. Many sauce options. I wish there were more tables were all the chairs had backs, instead of the basic benches. The employees here are wonderful.
It’s our first time in this place and we had such a great experience! Everyone has been very nice and helpful. They gave us a thorough explanation about their menu. Special shout out to Mr. Will Matthews! He’s one of the nicest people we’ve met! Thank you for the wonderful service and very awesome bbq’s and all!
