This place is by far THE BEST MISSION ! I love Mission BBQ I live in Towson and I love that one as well ,however my son has started college and I stopped here . The first time my chicken wasn't completely to standard. I called Spoke with the managerTony . He advised when we would be in and that he would replace my meal and apologized for the issue that I experienced.Extremely nice professional and overall great to speak with . The the most dried out, fast filled baby back ribs I've ever had!!!! In all honesty, they were so bad I threw them out. I hate to give such a bad review but in this case it's definitely needed.... I've had ribs at other pieces around the area that weresoooooooo much better and from the same company in South West Florida that were great. It's this location. They seem to get thecheapest ribs possible (extra fat encoded) and don't care). Is that even allowed with owning a franchise?! I'm sorry but after afew tries with the same dried out fat, I'll NEVER eat here again.
Mission BBQ seems to offer a great experience wherever you go. Today I ordered pulled pork with a side of fries. The fries take a few minutes longer so the young lady behind the counter offered a complimentary Mac n cheese since my tray looked lonely. Way to wow the customer! They always make you feel welcome and provide great service. Keep up the good work. It was a pleasure to dine with you today!
I?ve never been a fan of Mission BBQ until just recently. I used to be highly upset their wet brisket sandwich was always dry. Just recently I wanted to have a wet brisket sandwich and it changed my opinion in Mission. They just of had recently changeovers in the past months because it?s totally different from before. We are back in the US after 4 years and Mission BBQ was ine of the first stops! We MISSED great BBQ! Mission BBQ staff is always helpful and friendly; it had been soooo long that we needed the menu explained. Now I wish I had an extra NATO SHAPE patch for them to put on the wall! Love the new signature items and always choose a seasonal side! Bon appetite!
The service was excellent, but the food was only average. The pork had the best flavor, but it was dry. The brisket used to be enjoyable, but now it seems to have more fat than meat. It's a good option for catering, but those who claim the food is "AMAZING" might just be misguided. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.
What a great meal we had at Mission BBQ. I had the pulled pork, others had brisket, ribs, chicken, and turkey. We had potatoes, fries, beans and corn bread for our sides. Everything was cooked perfectly. The various sauces provided on the tables allows you to make it your way. Our favorite was the Smoky BBQ.Food: 5/5
I'm starting to doubt this franchise's ability to consistently deliver the quality it was once known for. In my last three visits, the brisket, pulled pork, and ribs have all been below par. Something has definitely changed. They need to return to using the higher-grade meat they had before. Food: 2/5

You?ve got to eat at this excellent restaurant. Their smoked BBQ pork, brisket, and chicken is delicious. They are a chain restaurant that serves delicious and fresh food. They have a give back focus to the public servants who serve us. I wish one was located in my town.
