Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I used to frequent at Red Robin in Gambrills, MD when they first opened. Especially, after my son?s soccer games/tournaments. I haven?t been in a while since the shut down of the restaurants during COVID. I recently went there and I wished I never wasted my time. I just went in for apps and drinks. The drinks were great...how can you go wrong with a nice tall glass of cold beer right?!? I ordered the Jump Starter Double (Cheese Sticks Fried Zucchini). The Fried Zucchini was overly battered for a very tiny slice of zucchini. I also ordered the Spinach Artichoke Dip. Which was just okay. I don?t think I?ll be back anytime soon.

I can say the redeeming factor has been some of the wait staff. Hannah and Amanda were incredibly friendly, made sure I had what I needed but didn't come back every two minutes. They are good at what they do. The food is kinda hit or miss. I mean a few times I have gone they are out of items on menu. I really think mgmt can do a better job of controlling the bs that staff talks about on the floor and instill a little professionalism for some of their staff. It's seems like kids are managing kids. Take some pride in your business..

The service here was exceptional. All servers help you. Our allocated server was not very available so that others have risen so that we had our food in time and refilled our drinks. The food was served at suitable temperatures and was visually appealing. The sweet potato fries were great, not overcooked or greasy. Mom ordered a salad that was quite generous. My friend ordered chicken from a gluten-free menu, but it was done wrong. The kitchen fixed it fast. All in all, we enjoyed our lunch.

The service was bad. And for me, former server, to complain, it must be really, really bad. My mother liked her burger, but mine was very salty. It didn't seem really important... nobody asked anyway. I'm staying at Colombia's location. That never had a problem.

Red Robin's is just classic burgers and pommes done gooood and groundless.... they have a lot of option for all diets, so it is NOT just castles!!! R.R. YUUUUUUUM!
