They are fantastic staff here! Today was a rough day with the babies, personal health problems, and work. From the moment they held open the door for me and the littles until they held open the exit for us, the staff took care of us as if we were at a 5 star restaurant. It was difficult for me to get and bring the order and drinks to the table with 2 little ones, so they offered to take my order at the table and brought it out for us. The entire staff was so friendly, helpful, and considerate. They brightened my day immensely.
First time at Mission BBQ tonight. The staff were amazingly friendly...felt really welcomed. The food was pretty damn good...ribs with meat so tender it literally fell off the bone. Coleslaw and potato salad perfect. And pretty much the best cornbread I've ever had...a little moist, a little sweet. Dare I say much better than the dry and less sweet cornbread my southern family makes in Tennessee. Definitely a winner...disappointed I never ate here sooner. Only wish I could get delivery.
My family and I showed up here tonight and it was excellent. The food is always great, but the cashiers and managers were both super polite. I think the manager's name was Phil. We were a party of 6 with 2 small children and the order lasted quite long because of the children, but the checkout was super patient and helpful. The manager checked us several times. Totally wonderful experience. Great food. Exceptional service.
The food is so good! And the people who work there are the nicest! Very attentive and helpful. Almost feels like a sit down restaurant, not an order at the counter situation, as they come around often to see if you need anything or checking on your food. I would highly recommend this place if you want quick, delicious barbecue in a friendly, laid-back atmosphere!

Additionally, a team member named Thomas was a delight! He welcomed us with genuine hospitality and made us feel right at home. His friendly demeanor and the complimentary dessert of delicious chocolate pudding were wonderful touches. We can’t wait to come back! The food and atmosphere were fantastic—definitely worth a visit!
You’ve got to eat at this excellent restaurant. Their smoked BBQ pork, brisket, and chicken is delicious. They are a chain restaurant that serves delicious and fresh food. They have a give back focus to the public servants who serve us. I wish one was located in my town.
We've had a wonderful experience every time we visit. We've sampled various items from the menu, and everything has been consistently well-prepared. The customer service is outstanding, and they are impressively quick.
We had an excellent dinner. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist everyone in the restaurant.
