Just moved to Decatur in September of 23 and had been riding pass this place finally decided to stop in for dinner and I was starving. Well first walking in it was kinda shocking because it was empty and chairs was on the tables so if you wanted to sit you could not. We were not welcomed when we walked in you could tell it is a neighborhood restaurant. The old lady there was standing at the beginning of the food line and could see we were confused on how the process worked but never said a word to us. I like going there because the food is good and it's nearby where I go. I'm a visitor going to see a doctor. I don't like it because they're closed most times I come. It seems to do good business don't understand why they are closed on normal business days. Also large to-go orders should be for call ahead. Had to wait for over ten minutes while order was taken.
The service was fast and friendly. The portions were adequate and hot .the prices were great and I was very satisfied. I will be back again and again. I got the veggie plate but my daughter got a full meal which was delicious and inspired me to go get me some of that every thing was Delicious Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
Thank you so very much for not putting onions in your vegetables. You are the first place that I have found where I can eat the vegetables, and not worry about finding disgusting onions in my food. I will definitely be coming there a lot. And the food was delicious. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I enjoy their food. I buy food from here 2-3 times a week minimum. The issue is my order is frequently not fixed correctly. Some of staff fixing the plates do so as if we aren't waiting on our orders. I would like to get my food correctly quick as possible. They are friendly.

The Employees have horrible attitudes. They are rude and they have sweat dripping from their face on the food. The resturant is nasty. And one of their workers coughed over the food! Don't patronize. I will never step foot in that establishment again in my life.
The food is delicious, but we were disappointed to find a hair in my wife's fries. We noticed that none of the staff were wearing hair nets or beard nets. Please inform them that it is a health risk to have hair in the food.

I came in at 8pm on a Saturday night. ordered a veggie plate. the cornbread was really good as well. Very nice lady and young man at the register.
The Fried chicken and green beans was good . I had the macaroni it was okay taste like the use of Velveeta
