Have always loved eating at momo paradise! Been at least 5x now in the last 6 months. BUT, first time workers “kicked us out” for reaching 90 minute dining time. We still had 2 plates of meat that we didnt cook yet but were prompted by staff to “finish up quickly because the next table is ready to be seated”. I also always make a reservation when dining at momo paradise and always request for 2 pots because my mother has dietary restrictions and cannot share with the rest of us (we usually seat for 4 people total). I was seated later than expected, and the staff hurried us to leave as our time limit approached. There were long waits for vegetables, sides, rice, and sauce condiments, which cut into our time to enjoy the meal as it was a birthday celebration. They were out of many items, including condiments and rice, and the refills took so long that I had to ask multiple times. This made our reservation feel pointless since we barely had time to appreciate our food. The servers continued to rush us despite having several plates of meat left, and they mentioned that it was the last call for ice cream, even though the birthday boy hadn’t eaten much meat yet due to the delays. Our server was quite rude and never stopped by our table to check if we needed to order anything else. We had to flag down other servers to get the meat. When we asked if we could change the broth because we didn't like it the first time, he came over and told us he would switch it for us, but that the "90-minute rule" still applied and asked if we were okay with that. Ultimately, just five minutes before the time limit, he came to say it was the last call. My husband and I thanked him and let him know we were ready to pay. Things went from bad to worse when we found out there were only two hot pots available to share among the three couples. We asked if we could have the table next to us or one at the back, so each couple could have their own pot instead of cooking in each other's. The host, who also seemed to be the cashier and manager, quickly gave those two available tables to walk-in customers instead of accommodating our request. We ultimately had to leave. It seems this restaurant doesn’t really need the business. If there were an option for a zero or negative rating, I would give it a minus star!

I lives in San Jose, but I had wonderful experience at Momo Paradise (Arcadia, CA) whenever I visited my relatives in LA and we had enjoyed a lot (good foods, great service and reasonable price) in this store. I always referred my friends to this store too !
We had an incredible experience. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive, quickly accommodating us and seating us right away, even though we arrived before our reserved time. Overall, it was a fantastic visit.
Very nice and clean. Food great and fresh. Could be more sauce choices. Line for sides was in odd place , backing up to drink station. Staff very friendly and prompt service. Will return.
Seating with appointments could be speeded up to avoid customers from waiting for 10-15 minutes.
