To make matters worse, their rewards program is quite disappointing. They offer a $5 reward for every $100 spent, which can be used for your next meal. However, the catch is that you have only about a week to redeem this reward before it expires. When I even asked for a mere two-day extension, I was met with hostility. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I booked an event at this restaurant, and right from the start, communication was difficult. They kept adding hidden fees, which was frustrating. The final straw came when I received the final invoice and saw that the price per person had increased by $4 without any prior notice. When I spoke with Frank about it, he claimed that I was the only person to raise this issue, and that all other customers were understanding. There was no accountability or apology for failing to inform me of the increase. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service and would not recommend hosting an event here. Customers definitely do not come first.
Decided to splurge and go out to dinner at the Mockingbird Restaurant. Very disappointed. Ordered steak tips medium; received small medallions that are not tips, they were very dry. Hubby got baked Schrod with mashies and veggies; bland on all 3! Schrod had breadcrumb topping with no flavor, mashed potatoes that were served Room temp and waaay over blended that they would fall off your fork, veggies were steamed only, no butter or seasoning. Very slow service, but maybe they expect you to sit for an hour and a half and chit chat. $51 plus tip, waste of money.
The evening of the event began on a very negative note due to Frank's behavior. He was extremely unprofessional and rude, refusing to let anyone inside, not even the DJ who needed to set up equipment. I really felt for the hosts of the party; they were clearly embarrassed by the situation. On a positive note, the staff did an excellent job with the decor setup. However, I think the food service could have been more considerate of the guests. Apart from those issues, everything else went smoothly.

I would have given this restaurant a 5-star rating, but the manager spoiled the experience. She was quite rude, lacked professionalism, and her attire did not meet expectations. It's a shame because I had been considering this place for my company’s Christmas party, but that’s no longer an option.
Had the pleasure of meeting Jordan Phillips from the Mockingbird Restaurant. What a pleasant outgoing person who I am sure has many patrons asking to be helped by her. When you go in ask for her, you will love the dining experience
I loved this place. They had so many of the small details(thrones, love letters... I want for my big day unfortunately the date was available. The date is very important and has a lot of planning schedule after it.
The drinks and food are fantastic! I highly recommend trying the Starburst or Swedish Fish martini. The atmosphere is delightful, with beautiful decorations. It's a wonderful venue for both small and large events.
