We had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to our expectations. The food was good, but the waitress who served us really needs more training in customer service. She forgot to bring the tortillas, and when I reminded her after she returned 10 minutes later, she simply replied "oh" but never brought them. After another 10 minutes, she came back to ask for the bill, and at that point, we decided to leave. It's clear she needs to improve her attentiveness. Overall, I would say the restaurant is just "okay." We're hopeful that our next visit will be a better experience.
There's a heat wave happening in Tukwila, WA, and we were looking for a dog-friendly patio, which Moctezuma’s at Southcenter Mall graciously provided. The drinks were delicious, and the service was outstanding. Normally, I don’t eat beans and rice, but the flavors and spices were too tempting to resist—I ended up finishing the whole dish! I highly recommend this place!
During the heat wave in Tukwila, WA, we were looking for a dog-friendly outdoor space, and we found Moctezuma's located in Southcenter Mall. The drinks were fantastic and the service was outstanding. Although I typically avoid beans and rice, I couldn't resist their incredible flavors and spices. I’m very pleased with my experience and highly recommend this place!
My first time eating at Montezuma's in Southcenter. And it was a great experience all around. We quickly got a table and staff was very friendly. We had ordered guacamole as a starter and it was at our table before our server was finished taking ourorder!!!! I had beef flautas, delicious!! Definitely be back.... Very good Mexican food! It's a cozy environment with really fun decor, including indoor fire pits. The food is spot on for classic Mexican food fare. The flaming queso is amazing! Must try! Service is always attentive and knowledgeable. Being at themall it's a nice place to relax and get away from the crowds. A margherita or two always helps!
I had a delightful and festive anniversary dinner at this restaurant. The food was tasty, but my favorite part was the margarita flight! We started with guacamole as an appetizer, followed by a burrito and some enchiladas. I truly enjoyed the decor and ambiance of the place.
Excellent ambiance, good selection of food and drinks. The Carnitas Michoacan is a must-try! (The tortillas are even homemade? They offer a Margarita Flight where you can pick 3 of 6 flavors! ? Highly recommended for special occasions as it can be on the pricier side.
