Today I ordered pizzas from my favorite pizza spot, Mod Pizza at 10427 Gravelly Lake Dr SW, Suite 102, Lakewood, WA 98499. I got all my pizzas home, 4 in total, and dropped one. It flipped out of the box and fell face down on the ground. I called the store and spoke to Natalie. I told he about my dilemma and asked if they do pizza forgiveness like another well-known pizza restaurant. I wouldn’t have been upset if they didn’t. But to my surprise, Natalie graciously agreed to remake/replace the pizza which I had dropped free of charge. This was my first time visiting this restaurant. I had lunch with my husband and mom. I created a custom pizza with cauliflower crust, garlic rub, spinach, mozzarella, chicken, and artichokes. My husband ordered the Calexico pizza, and my mom got the Caspian pizza with mushrooms. Despite being busy with a lot of people waiting, the employees were attentive and we got our food quickly. We definitely plan on coming back again! The food was delicious and cooked perfectly.
I really enjoy being able to add as many toppings as I want to my pizza without any extra charges. The customer service at this restaurant is generally great, except for one employee who is very monotone and doesn't engage in much conversation beyond asking if there's anything else I need. They seem to prefer to keep interactions to a minimum. Overall, not a bad person, but perhaps not suited for customer service roles.
The worst experience. I know what it's like to work a busy night and I get it being busy but everything being ran behind the counter is such a mess they couldn't even keep orders in actual order I ordered two basic mad dog pizzas waited an hour watched people after me leave with tons of pizza orders I go up to ask and they don't even have my order cooked I get being busy but this is just a hot mess

Went on an EXTREMELY busy Friday night and I am so impressed how hard everyone was working. The team was extremely efficient and polite. Our pizzas were delicious as usual, but watching how diligently everyone there was working was the highlight of my trip there this time.
"I ordered the garlic cheese bread, which was just as delicious as always. I also got the veggie MOD pizza and another MOD with pepperoni and mushrooms. I opted for oil and garlic as the sauce on the veggie pizza, and it really enhanced the overall flavor of the dish."
Service was good, but there were four of us, two eating pizza and two eating salad, but the pizzas went in the oven about 15 minutes apart. Not great.
As always a great place to get a pizza. My crust was over done this time otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.
