I came by Friday (4/26) to the Ballard store on 15th a little before 6pm. It was pretty busy. There is an employee who is just fabulous. Im not sure her name but she has darker skin and short dark brown hair. She kept everything moving along with what looked like ease while multiple customers were asking for extras and boxes while she was boxing and plating orders. She didn't miss a beat and also seemed like she has such a positive attitude. I've been served by her several times and she is always fantastic. I just wanted to give a shout out of recognition.
If you order on the internet, they have a new procedure where they hide your pizza somewhere and don’t tell you it’s ready. Or maybe they mumble your name somewhere, I don’t know. I just spent one hour waiting for a pizza with an unapproachable overworked boxer only to find out it was ready on time, they just couldn’t be bothered to let me know. The arrow for internet orders is incorrect, since the orders don’t seem to go there anymore. I’m done with this place.
**Vegetarian options:** There is a great variety of vegetarian pizza choices available, as well as salads. While it's not specifically a vegetarian restaurant, you can definitely find vegan pizza here.
**Kid-friendliness:** You'll often find kids around, from small children accompanied by their parents to local high school students. They're a bit noisy but generally well-behaved.
This place never fails to be frustratingly slow, despite advertising fast everywhere. Doesn 't matter if it 's a dead weeknight, do not expect your order to be ready when they estimate it to.Pro tip: don 't order online! They prioritize in store orders first and delay online orders extensively all the time

Edit: Eight months later, and nothing has changed. The service remains indifferent, as if the staff is bothered by your presence. They only assist you if you ask them to. While the pizzas are affordable, the wait time is still excessive.
The pizza here is great, and the ingredients taste really fresh. It’s a hit with the whole family, and it always seems to be conveniently located along our route whenever we're heading out somewhere.

Reliable favorite for good pizza in seattle! I love that I can customize it as I am allergic to dairy. This location also has a great covered patio!
