We love MUD pizza since we embrace them in our first time in Houston. We came to this location looking for the same quality and priceless service and best experience. Unfortunately, our experience today Dec. 29th 2024 was not good to say the less.We arrive 20 minutes before they close and they didn’t want us to eat the pizza on site. We were told to eat the pizza outside or only for pickup. When I asked why the Manager Colby told me that the place was already cleaned and they don’t want to do it again. Group of 5 went for lunch after church. They have a pizza menu with specialty names, or you can just tell them what you want at no extra charge. Food is fresh and definitely hot and right out of the oven. The restaurant seating inside is nothing special but definitely clean.
First time taking the kids to MOD pizza and it was a great experience for them. The staffs were patient with the kids because they were indecisive of what to put on their pizza. The pizzas turned out awesome and I'm surprised they ate all their pizza too.

Did the sauce recipe change? Pretty bland. Crust was chewy vs crispy. Team members didn't know a cheese mod was less than a small cheese even though it's on the menu wall. Meh.
Vegetarian options: I just ordered the non dairy cheese (cashew/oat milk cheese) instead of normal. They make it easy to find and you really can't tell the difference
This is the most inefficient MOD I've ever seen. No sense of urgency. You're better off going to the Troy location on 16 mile.
