Perfect for those of us with babies, toddlers little 'uns in tow. This place totally gets that eating out kids can be tricky. My 2.5 years old granddaughter loves Modelo; whereas it was my first visit. She was happy drawing, playing games whilst munching pancakes. That enabled the grown-ups to have a leisurely brunch two lots of coffee. The menu suits all and prices are not too bad. Staff are lovely. Be warned:if you are rather useless at ordering via scanning a QR code, then this is not the place for you. Or if you don 't like children. Otherwise, it is my new favourite posh Hove csff.
Came in for some lunch today but ended up leaving. Stood at the door waiting to be seated for around 5 minutes, watching staff including what looked to be the manger walk past multiple times and ignore us. Eventually a very unenthusiastic staff member came over and just pointed at a table and mutterd “you can sit there” at that point we turned around and left. Service needs to improve.
Went in one day, staff member was really friendly, coffee was great, nice and quiet. Went back the next day, screaming kids all over the place, had to double check I was in the same building. Giving 3 stars to average my 5* and 1* experiences in this place.
Had a great lunch and it's got a great gluten free stand alon menu, which made ordering so much easier. Food fantastic staff very informative helpful and friendly also a lovely atmosphere.

Can get very noisy, acoustics mean the Sound bounces around. Great meeting place and food good. Easy access for wheelchair plus great loo
Good food fry ups are always nice. Sometimes toadt/mushrooms abit cold but guess I can be difficult to keep it hot.
Food pretty good. The ambience was lovely. The app worked great for service. I'd definitely go back!
Busy little establishment. Nice looking food especially the bacon and sausage sandwiches.
