Service has always been good at this place. I usually order a burrito with some queso and chips. The burritos have always been good and the staff is generous with the queso. I've gotten chips that were slightly stale several times from this location. It's noticable immediately on the first bite, but I'm usually content to get the various salsas and my queso dip. On the nextday you'll have to air fry your chips (I recommend the bread setting, 320 for 8 mins and shaking halfway) to get themcrisp. This place gets my fix for a burrito fulfilled, but the chips have never been consistent and I'm hoping they will changeout their stock more frequently.
Food tasted good but the rest of the place was lacking. One soda machine was out of order and the other only had diet drinks. Everything else was out. Two other drink machines also had out of service sounds on them. It was essentially a choice of teaor diet soda. Additionally, I was given a sparse amount of chips (the Warrenton location loads you up) and most of them weretiny shards like you 'd expect to find at the bottom of a bag. I had a total of 9 chips that were of any size at all and the restof my meager serving had shards smaller than a finger. Overall, not impressed.
Been coming here since it opened years past. My food has always been tasty, fresh and piled on never skimpy as I have seen in other reviews! Staff is friendly and always load me up with chip refills which I take home. If a meal doesn't quite hit thespot it's because I put something new in it of my choosing. I always eat in, so I can't speak to their take out accuracy. Iwill slam them for their pricey cups of queso which is tasty along with the free salsas! ????
Bought lunch for my wife and my granddaughter. I especially like the ability to see the choice of ingredients that can go into my meal choice. Most of us were satisfied, one not so much, but that might have been to a bias against this type of cuisine.

Without a doubt the rudest restaurant staff I?ve ever seen. Food was good but the workers we so nasty for no reason. It was like they were furious anyone was even there to make them have to work. Couldn?t pay me to go back.
The nachos at Moe's Southwest Grill were incredible! They were the best I've ever tasted. The meal included utensils and napkins, which made it the perfect dinner after a long day.
Fantastic! The packaging is thoughtfully done to keep the food fresh and undamaged.
