I have always loved Moe's but this location disappointed me. We placed an online order for an 11:15am pick up at 10:30am. My boyfriend got there right on time and the doors were closed and locked even though this location opens at 10:30am. He had to get the attention of one of the workers who was in there who let him in. She explained that they locked the doors because they had a 300 person online order that they were preparing. Not only was it a little weird that they locked the doors when they should have been open, but it was not very courteous of them to not even give us a call to let us know that our order was going to be late. I have been to this Moes many times and have always left satisfied. I haven 't been in years and today was my first time back. There is signage stating that this is a franchise and is independently owned and operated. It is very apparent that the owner does not care about the establishment. It smelled very strange when we walked in the door. The tables were dirty and the drink and salsa bar was very sticky and looked as if it had not been properly cleaned in some time. I haven't been with moe for a few years. they have run a special area for 6 or seven dollars on Monday. I looked online and it said they still do the special thing. So I went to the parking lot pinellas today. When I asked the antidote if they were going to special first, he looked like he didn't know what I was talking about. then I thought I explained the special thing and he said it was going on. he prepared my burrito and I went into the register and the cashier said like 13 or 14 dollars. It’s a shame to walk into a place and there’s not a single soul working but when there is it’s a freaking kid. The managers should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. A store full of customers and one kid working. Imagine the stress and anger this poor kid felt. When I asked her where the manager was she just looked at me teary eyed and couldn’t give me an answer. The audacity of this place for putting a LEGIT KID through something like that is horrible. Shouldn’t even be allowed to be in business I will never be coming back here again. Give that girl a raise and a management team that actually cares about their people.

I don't like being misled. I asked for green bell peppers, but was told they were "all out." However, the restaurant had just opened, and the container meant for the green bell peppers was empty. I took that to mean they were completely out (but that wasn't the case). While finishing my meal, I noticed them starting to prepare the green bell peppers. So they weren't out; they just hadn't made them yet. Honesty is really important to me. On top of that, the staff wasn't very friendly, and they gave a very small portion of chips. The prices are also quite high.
I was served the wrong meal, and there were empty cans strewn about the dining area, which was quite messy. Even though there were four staff members at the counter, none of them took the time to clean up the dining room, despite the fact that there were no customers waiting in line. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I won't be coming back to this restaurant.
I don’t usually write reviews, but the team at Moe’s Southwest Grill is incredibly sweet and hardworking! A special shout out to Isabella for being the kindest person. :) If you’re visiting, don’t forget to tip your food service workers and treat them with the kindness you’d want in return. Thanks again!
