We regularly order from Moe's and have always had a great experience. Today, the customer service was exceptional. I placed an online order for delivery, but only half of it arrived. Ty called to inform me about the situation and reached out to the delivery service to see how it could be resolved. I truly appreciated his efforts—he went above and beyond, which is what excellent customer service means to me. Regardless of whether this is part of their standard protocol, his assistance ensured that my family and I could enjoy our Moe's meal that night. And by the way, the food was fantastic!
The grilled steak is the best in this Mexican fast casual segment by far. That?s really all they have going for them. When I asked for extra meat the three scrappy pieces I got felt like a real scam. The customer service is enough to sell you the food but nothing special. Tables were dirty and the ?hot sauce? table all tasted like sweet apple sauce. I?m not coming back.
I wholeheartedly recommended this restaurant to my friends. I visit it frequently, and my recommendations are always well-received. The food is excellent, and the staff is efficient and helpful. Every time we dine here, we enjoy a wonderful evening. I highly recommend this restaurant.
The friendly lady (I can’t remember her name) was eager to assist us. I even asked her if she enjoyed working there, and her face lit up as she told me she loved it. The food was absolutely delicious for anyone with a discerning palate.

The food is decent, but the staff and atmosphere need some enhancement. Overall, Chipotle might be a better choice, especially considering that both offer essentially gentrified Latino cuisine.
My mom and I stopped by Moe's today, and Ty helped us with our order. He was exceptionally kind and polite. Every restaurant could benefit from having more employees like Ty!
